Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was born in a small island village. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
