He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his sickle. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His black eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Chem is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. Now she works as a music tutor during her time off.

History: Mastema hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Junk Dealer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
