Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Paelias is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
