Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. She tends to her Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
