History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Bree was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Fortune-teller. She now owns her own business.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
