History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ahrim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ahrim. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Ernest is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Ernest was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Keth hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage.
