She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Willow grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Willow never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
