Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Assassin father left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She takes great joy in being the best Weaver in town.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He is a Mayor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
