Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Nora's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is a Cook first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Cook, and she later adopted a second son.

History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
