History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ella was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
