History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in sickle use. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Philomena was a troubled youth.
