History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
