Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Tomi was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tomi decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Pallabar was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sculptor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
