History: Marbas was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Bernard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Aline isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Aline enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.
