Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. Brottor enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Brottor took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
