History: Born to a Barkeep, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barkeep. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.

She carries with her a set of sais on her belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. Her brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Antinua fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Ortegar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
