History: Neega lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She tends to her Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Diggory liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing a tight violet one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Justin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After months of barely getting by, Justin managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is greedy
