History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and money/treasure

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. After a long history of fighting, Lavinia and her spouse have recently divorced.
