History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Lance was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in pickaxe use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
