History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Eggren was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Eggren's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jillian isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She tends to her Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: This northern man wears a yellow tunic with pastel highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She has moderate length brown hair. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
