Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gardain embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Through the years after Gardain was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gardain's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to share knowledge with the world
