Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Osco was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
