History: Thava hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.

History: He was born in a small island village. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kairon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Kairon abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
