Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
