History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Siffress and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Lagazi was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Lagazi took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lagazi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has money and likes to spend it
