History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and many gnolls want him driven away
