Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has wavy auburn hair. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is an amazing painter.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

History: Fenriz hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many goblins want him driven away

Description: This man wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Osco embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
