Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Portia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. After a long history of fighting, Portia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Brewer for the past few years.
