History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vanchu grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vanchu. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable
