History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Cecily was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cecily's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
