Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She has gray eyes and a tan hat with a brown feather.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Sellsword, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She tends to her Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She wears dull tan sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed whip, just in case. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Veloptima was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Veloptima took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. She struck the Brewer job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. She has a very tight haircut. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. Her auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Myria is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She found a children's book about a Halfling Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she's looking for her big break
