Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears violet painted combat armor at almost all times. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Soapmaker business.

History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman very much looks the part of a Mason, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mason. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He wears a black tunic with green highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Krûk was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Krûk was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Krûk's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: 2'10" and muscular, this northern man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Bertram abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break
