Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Spy profession.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To be a Spy again; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is in excellent shape and is typically in his Laborer uniform. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'1" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a tan vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. Her hair is silver and very short. She has violet eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reddlepop fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 3'3" and wears a blue shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and yellow pants. Her black hair is braided into rings. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Pyntle was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Gnome Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
