Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the south. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
