Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Millicent was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Millicent decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
