He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a Miller soon after.
