History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Cressel abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a warhammer, but if one is not available she will default to her club. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Kansif was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Healer again; and she is wracked by social anxiety

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has money and likes to spend it
