History: Skirt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Mayor father left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out.
