Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She carries a battered scimitar and tarnished crossbow as well. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. She has white eyes and a green hat with a tan feather.

Personality: Kallista is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kallista took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: An older woman who wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, she is not a threatening figure. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paela embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Lidda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
