History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
