Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: She wears an entirely grey suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She is portly but not overly obese. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A true patriot, Gunnloda would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His scarlet crest is still thick. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shipwright business.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.
