History: Wiggan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baggi grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baggi. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a farmer and was forced into it by her family
