Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Zaffrab was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Zaffrab's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zaffrab fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Alain does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When Alain reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gerbo will drive conversation. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gerbo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: Lagazi speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things
