Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Merla is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Merla abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She got into the Carpenter business at a young age. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Cask reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
