Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has dyed his greying gray fur a little too much giving a sharp gray color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jade fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: She stands about 5'0" and wears an entirely tan suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her white hair is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: He is in excellent shape and is typically in his Ploughman uniform. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ploughman. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His first spouse was a Roofer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
