Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
