Description: He wears a simple pastel robe with red stripes complete with hood. He carries with him a set of swords on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He keeps his long gray fur kept up in a rat tail. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: John was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and further expansion of business

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Marbas will drive conversation. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady, and she perpetually has her ceremonial dagger ready. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Drenna grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
