History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Zanna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Thorin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thorin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
