History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The war was a terrible time for her, and Kite does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
