Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a worn and beaten armor. He has styled his white crest well, parting it to the right. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Salasar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Salasar. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He carries a battered whip and tarnished spear as well. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: She is in excellent shape and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her blonde hair is lengthy. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Therlin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stableman and was forced into it by her family; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
